Representation is 'to show...again'. The way in which a media product constructs the world and aspects in it, including social groups, individuals , issues and events, done by the producer of the media product.

- Who or what is being represented?
- How is the representation constructed using media language?

Lindt Lindor - 'Do you dream in chocolate'
Kitchen completely filled with men completely dressed in white, he is shown as in control as he is in control as he is making the chocolate. The women is wearing PJ's in a white bedroom with the curtains flapping in the wind, the chocolate is symbolic of sex. The slow fades resembles a love film as well as having the Mes en Scene of a four poster bad etc, it completely resembles a romance film, this is because the TA is white, middle class and middle aged women, the advert is so sexual as sex sells.
